Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Once processed, orders are dispatched immediately through our trusted courier partners.

Max Store delivers all across India.

We ship to most serviceable pin codes through reliable national courier partners.

If your location is not serviceable, our team will contact you and issue a full refund.

Delivery Timeline

Standard Delivery Time: 3 to 5 business days across India.

Delivery timelines may vary slightly depending on location, weather conditions, courier operations, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if applicable) are clearly displayed at checkout before placing the order.

Free shipping may be offered on selected products or promotional campaigns.

Any additional charges such as Cash on Delivery (COD) fees will be informed at checkout.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available on selected pin codes.

Max Store reserves the right to enable or disable COD based on order value, delivery location, or past order history.

Any COD charges will be shown during checkout.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will attempt delivery 2–3 times.

If the delivery fails due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept the order, the package may be returned to us.

Re-shipping charges may apply in such cases.

Incorrect Address Details

Orders returned due to address issues may require additional shipping charges for re-dispatch.

Damaged or Missing Items

If damage is noticed after delivery, contact us within 24 hours with proper photos or videos.

Missing item complaints must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
